Personal, Social and Emotional Development


We aim to foster and develop relationships between home and school and children are made to feel part of the school community as a whole. Our EYFS Behaviour Code helps to establish clear expectations which underpin the ethos of the school. Children are encouraged to share, take turns and communicate with others. They are also encouraged to be sensitive to the needs of others and to respect other cultures and beliefs. We welcome parental involvement to share family cultures and religions. Children are enabled to become confident and develop a positive self-image. Children are valued as individuals who bring their own needs, talents and experiences to the learning environment.
