Personal, Social and Emotional Development

We aim to foster and develop relationships between home and school and children are made to feel part of the school community as a whole. Our EYFS Behaviour Code helps to establish clear expectations which underpin the ethos of the school. Children's individual needs, talents and experiences are valued and celebrated within the learning environment. Children are encouraged to be sensitive to the needs of others and to respect other cultures and beliefs. They are also encouraged to share, take turns and communicate with others. We welcome parental involvement to share family cultures and religions. Children are encouraged to become confident and develop a positive self-image. Children are valued as individuals who bring their own needs, talents and experiences to the learning environment.
