Boys PE Round-Up
Here is a round-up of the fixtures for this term.
The boys in Year 3 have started out their first season of football in fine form.
All of the boys visited Ashdown House for their first tournament for the school and had a fantastic day of football.
The boys have also had matches against Alleyn’s, Dulwich Hamlet and St Paul's with some great winning performances and a lot of goals scored!
The Year 4 boys have had a busy half term as they started their season with two hard fought matches against Rosemead.
A couple of fantastic performances followed against Dulwich Hamlet before they were narrowly beaten by Pointers in their last game before the half term break.
Year 5 have been unrecognisable from the team that struggled for much of last year.
Their work in training has been outstanding and results on the pitch are starting to show.
The A team have won three from three with victories against Pointers, Rosemead and Oakfield. The B team lost narrowly to Rosemead before a fantastic performance to beat Oakfield.
Year 6 have had a very strong start to the season with both A and B teams unbeaten for the half term.
Oakfield were our first opponents with the A team battling out a highly entertaining 1-1 draw and the B team recording a brilliant 4-0 win.
The A team then recorded a comfortable victory over Rosemead before scoring a last minute winner to beat St Paul’s.
The B team ensured the whole year stayed unbeaten as they drew 0-0 with St Paul's.
All our teams should be very proud of this achievements this half term, we are looking forward to more good performances in the run up to Christmas!
