Girls Football Club

Girls Football Club kept up their unbeaten run this season as they finished off their Spring term by visiting Croydon High School on Friday 15th March.

The team was playing on astro for the very first time and after taking their time to adjust it was Blackheath who started to dominate possession.

The girls created chance after chance and eventually got the breakthrough with two quick goals before half time.

More of the same was to follow in the second half with Blackheath showing no signs of struggling on a tricky surface, with their passing and movement looking sharp.

A goal direct from a free kick and then a fantastic team move saw the girls come out 4-0 winners – fantastic preparation for next term’s National Qualifiers.

Well played Girls!
